You can place your order using debit/credit cards, net banking, or UPI payments.
Delivery typically takes 5-14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Our Exchange Policy
At Panthera, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied with your order or experience any issues, please contact us - we're here to help.
In the rare case that your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
Please note that exchanges will be processed within 30 days, as our logistics partner, Shiprocket, may take up to 20 days to return the product to our warehouse. The exchange process will begin only after we receive the returned item.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our exchange conditions, we'll process the exchange or issue store credit to your account.
Please note the following return/exchange guidelines:
- Once products are dispatched or delivered, they cannot be returned. However, items can be exchanged for a different color or size, or credited to your Panthera user account, with shipping charges deducted.
- Products must be unused, with tags attached, to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.
- If your order arrives without tags, please contact customer care immediately.
- When returning products for exchange, ensure all original packaging is included.
- Exchanges are not available for clearance sale items.
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective products or those that differ from what was advertised or agreed upon.

Return Process:
Step 1:
To initiate a return, contact us via email at panthera@tygrrrr.com or WhatsApp at +91 7356366501 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please mention the reason for the return.
Step 2:
You will receive a confirmation email from us with further instructions on the return process. If a pick-up service is available, we will arrange it through our courier partner. If pick-up is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item to us.
Step 3:
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging. Once you have received the confirmation via email, proceed with shipping the parcel back to us.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. In such cases, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days.
